1976 was the birth of the East-German ‘Monokel Blues Band’, which has now attained cult-status.

The hard-driving rhythm ‘n blues legend driven by ‘Speiche’ Schütze (Bass-Guitar and original founder) reformed in the year 2005 attaining the top two Berlin guitarists J. Bailey and Heinz Glass.

With the original singer ‘Zuppe’ Buchholz (voc. /harm.) and drummer Oli Becker, ‘Speiche’ was ready to let ‘Monokel’ live again.
