For long years,  ‘Jay’ Bailey has been teaching music in the Penitentiary System.

 

Whereby one of the highlights each year is when the Jail-band (‘No Way Out’) is able to perform at the annual summer-party.

 

He also performs regularly with his band in the various penitentiaries.
